March 2021: Apps Gone Live

The STQRY Customer Success Team launched some interactive apps last month we can't wait to use. We are honored to work with clients from all around the world, from libraries to museums and even a chocolate factory!

Downtown Rutland

Rutland is Vermont’s third-largest city and offers beautiful scenery, incredible works of art, and a wide variety of shopping and dining. Visitors can now explore the historic and walkable downtown district in a fun and interactive way utilizing the brand new Downtown Rutland App developed by our team at STQRY.

Users can currently choose from a list of 3 tours. The Mural & Art Tour showcases the outstanding work of local and global artists. The Rutland Sculpture Trail honors Rutland’s regional history and is planned through collaboration with the Carving Studio and Sculpture Center, Vermont Quarries, MFK Properties, and Green Mountain Power. The Marble Quest tour is filled with hidden clues, maps, and directions that lead to hidden “treasures.” Along the trail, there are many gems of human and natural history to be uncovered.

Eureka Australia

The Eureka Stockade played an important role in the development of Australia’s democracy. Thousands of refugees from political oppression, economic disaster and famine came to the Victorian goldfields in the 1850s with hope for a better life. In 1854, the gold miners revolted resulting in a democratic government.

The team at Eureka Australia partnered with the team at STQRY to share the stories of the prelude and aftermath of the historic battle. The app includes an introduction and Melbourne Eureka Democracy Walk. Learn about the main sites where the people of Melbourne demonstrated their opposition to the oppression that took place on the goldfields around Ballarat.
